Kinex Health On The Road | ECEC Wellbeing & PD

Kinex Health ECEC roadshow: Australia-wide

Real wellbeing support, brought to your centre.

We're travelling to regional, remote, and metro Australia to bring evidence-informed professional development and wellbeing directly to early childhood education and care services. No travel. No relief staff costs. No generic content. Just practical, centre-ready learning brought to you.

For stretched teams

Your educators are giving everything. This gives something back: practical tools they'll actually use.

PD that lands

We come to you with sessions built for care work, ECEC pressures, and real rostering realities.

Accessible support

Regional and remote services get the same quality as metro. No compromise.

Cultural shift

Embedded follow-through helps your team actually change how they work together, not just feel good for a day.

Built for the people running ECEC and the teams making it happen.

If you're a director, nominated supervisor, or educational leader, you already know the weight of the role. Staff wellbeing, retention, regulatory compliance, parent expectations, and a to-do list that never ends.

Kinex Health's roadshow isn't a tick-box PD day. It's a targeted, practical investment in the skills that matter most: health, wellbeing, teamwork, and performance, delivered at your centre, on your schedule, without adding to the load.

Sessions are available for leadership groups, your whole team, or a combination across two days. Every session comes with take-home resources and implementation prompts designed to help your service embed the learning, not just attend it.

"The challenge in ECEC isn't knowing that wellbeing matters. It's finding practical, affordable, evidence-based support that meets your service where it is, geographically, operationally, and culturally."

That's exactly what this roadshow is designed to do.

Choose your session focus.

Sessions are 1.5–2 hours and designed to deliver immediate, practical value. Mix and match topics across leadership and whole-centre delivery to build a program that fits your service.

Centres Sharing Total Cost Per Centre
1 centre $1,650 $1,650
2 centres $1,650 $825
3 centres $1,650 $550
4 centres $1,650 $412.50

Two-day bundle ($2,800) can also be split across participating centres.

How co-hosting works

  1. One service hosts the venue, or you book a local neutral space.
  2. Nearby centres send their educators and leaders to attend.
  3. You agree on the session focus and who attends from each service.
  4. We support the coordination to keep it simple and low-effort to organise.

Running multiple centres?

If you manage or operate more than one ECEC service, the roadshow offers a genuine opportunity to deliver consistent, high-quality wellbeing PD across your portfolio, without the cost and complexity of bringing external providers into each individual site.

Consistent culture across sites

The same language, frameworks, and tools embedded across multiple centres, so wellbeing culture isn't centre-by-centre, it's organisation-wide.

Significant cost efficiencies

Bundle sessions across sites and travel stops. We work with you to plan a schedule that makes regional travel economical for everyone.

Leadership development at scale

Bring directors, nominated supervisors, and educational leaders from across your services together for shared leadership sessions. Build alignment at the top.

Tailored delivery for your network

We can work with your operational rhythms, rostering patterns, and strategic priorities to design a program that fits your organisation, not a generic one-size approach.

Let's talk about what's possible for your organisation.

If you operate multiple services, we'd welcome a conversation about how to structure a program across your network. Submit an Expression of Interest below and indicate that you manage multiple centres. We'll be in touch to explore options.

Frequently Asked Questions

About the sessions

How long are the sessions?

Each session runs for 90 minutes and is delivered on-site at your centre. The two-day bundle includes one session per day across two consecutive days, and can cover any combination of leadership and whole-centre topics.

Can we choose which topics we want?

Yes. You choose the session topics that best fit your team's needs. The two-day bundle can be any combination: two leadership sessions, two whole-centre sessions, or one of each. We also send a pre-session survey to help tailor the content to your specific context.

Can you customise the content for our specific challenges?

Yes. Before every session we send a short survey to understand your team's specific pressures. The content is then tailored to address what your service is actually dealing with, not a one-size-fits-all script.

Who delivers the sessions?

Sessions are delivered by Kinex Health's team of qualified health professionals, including psychologists, exercise physiologists, and dietitians. All content is evidence-informed and designed specifically for the ECEC context.

Is this suitable for family day care or OSHC services?

The roadshow is primarily designed for centre-based ECEC services, but many sessions are highly relevant to family day care educators and OSHC teams. Get in touch and we can discuss what would work best for your context.

Professional development and compliance

Is this professional development NQS-aligned?

Yes. Sessions are designed to support compliance with the National Quality Standard, particularly Quality Areas 4 (Staffing Arrangements), 6 (Collaborative Partnerships), and 7 (Governance and Leadership). We can help you document the PD for your Quality Improvement Plan.

Does this count toward educator professional development hours?

Yes. All sessions are structured professional development and can be recorded toward your educators' ongoing learning requirements under the National Law and your service's PD commitments.

Will this actually create lasting change, or is it just another one-day workshop?

It's designed not to be. Every session includes follow-up resources, practical implementation prompts, a 3-month check-in call, and a 6-month impact survey. The goal is to embed new skills and habits into your team's everyday practice, not deliver a one-off uplift that fades within a week.

How is this different from other ECEC professional development providers?

Most PD is either generic content delivered remotely, or expensive on-site programs that don't follow through. The Kinex Health Roadshow is delivered in person, at your centre, by health professionals who understand ECEC. Every session includes follow-up resources and ongoing support, not just a one-off workshop.

Pricing and booking

Can centres in the same area attend together?

Yes. Co-hosting is available for centres in the same region. You share the session and split the cost evenly between participating services, making high-quality PD significantly more affordable, particularly in areas where travel makes external providers expensive.

We operate multiple centres. Can you design a program across our whole organisation?

Yes. We work with multi-centre operators to deliver consistent, high-quality wellbeing PD across an entire portfolio of services. Submit an expression of interest and note that you manage multiple centres. We will follow up to explore what a broader program could look like for your organisation.

How much notice do we need to book?

We recommend registering your interest as early as possible, particularly for regional and remote services, as scheduling is built around demand. There is no commitment required at the expression of interest stage.

Locations and scheduling

Do you only visit regional and remote centres?

No. While a core focus of the roadshow is reaching regional and remote services that are often underserved by quality PD, we also service metropolitan areas across Australia. Register your interest regardless of where you are located.

What states and territories does the roadshow cover?

We are currently taking bookings all across Australia. Register your interest to help us prioritise your area.

What if our area isn't on the map yet?

Register your interest anyway. Our schedule is built around demand, and early expressions of interest are how we decide which regions to prioritise. There is no commitment required, and registering puts your area on our radar.
