Kinex Health ECEC roadshow: Australia-wide
We're travelling to regional, remote, and metro Australia to bring evidence-informed professional development and wellbeing directly to early childhood education and care services. No travel. No relief staff costs. No generic content. Just practical, centre-ready learning brought to you.
Your educators are giving everything. This gives something back: practical tools they'll actually use.
We come to you with sessions built for care work, ECEC pressures, and real rostering realities.
Regional and remote services get the same quality as metro. No compromise.
Embedded follow-through helps your team actually change how they work together, not just feel good for a day.
If you're a director, nominated supervisor, or educational leader, you already know the weight of the role. Staff wellbeing, retention, regulatory compliance, parent expectations, and a to-do list that never ends.
Kinex Health's roadshow isn't a tick-box PD day. It's a targeted, practical investment in the skills that matter most: health, wellbeing, teamwork, and performance, delivered at your centre, on your schedule, without adding to the load.
Sessions are available for leadership groups, your whole team, or a combination across two days. Every session comes with take-home resources and implementation prompts designed to help your service embed the learning, not just attend it.
"The challenge in ECEC isn't knowing that wellbeing matters. It's finding practical, affordable, evidence-based support that meets your service where it is, geographically, operationally, and culturally."
That's exactly what this roadshow is designed to do.
Every session is 90 minutes and designed to deliver immediate, practical value. Mix and match topics across leadership and whole-centre delivery to build a program that fits your service.
For Owners, Nominated Supervisors, Directors, Educational Leaders & Room Leaders
For your full team. Every educator, every role
Practical tools to make wellbeing a deliberate, embedded part of how your service runs, not an afterthought.
Launch your centre's Wellbeing Enrichment Program and get the whole team on the same page.
Identify the real pressure points such as workload, role creep, emotional demands, and parent expectations, then put simple controls in place before they become problems.
Sleep, movement, food, and hydration: the basics that keep educators going, adapted for shift work and family life.
Structures for difficult conversations. How to raise issues early, stay calm, and resolve them fairly. Practical, not theoretical.
Where energy is lost in a care role, and how to refill it during the day. Simple, practical strategies staff can use straight away.
Language and steps to manage friction with teammates or families before it escalates. Focused on respect and problem solving.
Quick regulation tools for busy days, emotional support skills, and strategies to build resilience in yourself and the team.
Body mechanics, manual handling technique, and how to build physical resilience to reduce injury risk in the long term.
Flexible options for single centres. Built to be affordable, whether you're booking alone or with nearby services.
One 90-minute session at your centre. Choose any leadership or whole-centre topic.
Two sessions across two consecutive days. Any combination: leadership, whole-centre, or both.
Centres in the same region can band together to share a session and divide the cost evenly. This keeps quality professional development accessible, especially in areas where travel makes PD expensive and infrequent.
| Centres Sharing | Total Cost | Per Centre |
|---|---|---|
| 1 centre | $2,250 | $2,250 |
| 2 centres | $2,250 | $1,125 |
| 3 centres | $2,250 | $750 |
| 4 centres | $2,250 | $562.50 |
Two-day bundle ($3,850) can also be split across participating centres.
If you manage or operate more than one ECEC service, the roadshow offers a genuine opportunity to deliver consistent, high-quality wellbeing PD across your portfolio, without the cost and complexity of bringing external providers into each individual site.
The same language, frameworks, and tools embedded across multiple centres, so wellbeing culture isn't centre-by-centre, it's organisation-wide.
Bundle sessions across sites and travel stops. We work with you to plan a schedule that makes regional travel economical for everyone.
Bring directors, nominated supervisors, and educational leaders from across your services together for shared leadership sessions. Build alignment at the top.
We can work with your operational rhythms, rostering patterns, and strategic priorities to design a program that fits your organisation, not a generic one-size approach.
If you operate multiple services, we'd welcome a conversation about how to structure a program across your network. Submit an Expression of Interest below and indicate that you manage multiple centres. We'll be in touch to explore options.

The session gets your team energised and thinking. The Wellbeing Enrichment Program keeps that momentum going - every week, all year.
Not generic. Not adapted. Designed from the ground up for early childhood educators and the specific pressures they face.
50%+ staff engagement - versus 2–5% for traditional EAP. Your team gets support before they hit a wall, not after.
From a digital wellbeing hub for every educator, to 1:1 sessions with exercise physiologists, psychologists, dietitians, and more.
Three tiers to suit your centre's size, budget, and goals. No lock-in contracts. Start with foundations, scale as you grow.
Each session is 90 minutes. The two-day bundle includes one session per day across two consecutive days.
No. While the roadshow is designed to reach regional and remote communities who often miss out on quality PD, we are also servicing metro areas.
Yes. You can select any session topic from either category. The two-day bundle can be any combination: two leadership sessions, two whole-centre sessions, or one of each.
That's the most important question, and it's why every session includes follow-up exercises, practical implementation prompts, and take-home resources. The goal is lasting change in how your team operates, not a one-off uplift.
Yes. Co-hosting and shared sessions are available so centres in the same region can attend together and split the cost. See the co-hosting section above for details.
Register your interest anyway. Early expressions of interest are how we prioritise and plan our regional stops. The more interest we have from an area, the sooner we can schedule it.
Absolutely. We welcome conversations with organisations operating multiple services. Submit an Expression of Interest and note that you operate multiple centres. We'll follow up to explore what's possible.
