Transform staff wellbeing with a tailored program designed specifically for early childhood educators.
“The wellbeing of our children shouldn’t come at the expense of the wellbeing of our educators, it should be because of it.”
– Phil Wolffe

Stress, burnout, injury risk and poor recovery do not stay contained. They show up as absenteeism, turnover, inconsistent care, and more pressure on leaders.

Up to 60% of educators show signs of burnout.

Retention risk

The Wellbeing Hub is easy to navigate and staff find sessions with nutritionists and physios very professional and helpful… Mental Health First Aid training was engaging, meaningful and left staff feeling more prepared and more grateful to be part of a supportive and caring team.”

The Wellbeing Enrichment Program (WEP) is a purpose-built workplace wellbeing system designed specifically for early childhood education and care services. It gives every educator and leader access to a digital wellbeing hub, practical resources, expert support, and direct access to psychologists, dietitians, exercise physiologists, and physiotherapists.
Traditional EAPs are reactive - they're there when something goes wrong, and typically only 2-5% of staff ever use them. The WEP is proactive. It supports educators before they hit a wall, building the skills, habits, and resilience that prevent burnout rather than respond to it. The WEP can replace your EAP entirely.
The WEP is designed specifically for early childhood education and care teams - educators, room leaders, nominated supervisors, directors, and centre operators. The content, language, and focus reflect the real pressures of working in ECEC, not a generic corporate wellness program.
Yes. The WEP supports compliance with the National Quality Standard, particularly Quality Area 4 (Staffing Arrangements) and Quality Area 7 (Governance and Leadership). Participation can be documented as part of your Quality Improvement Plan and staff professional development records.
The Wellbeing Hub is a centralised digital platform included in the program. It gives every educator access to a resource library, short courses, self-guided tools, monthly spotlight themes, and weekly wellbeing content - all tailored to the ECEC context and accessible in their own time.
The WEP is AU$130 per month per centre, regardless of team size. There is a one-time onboarding fee of AU$450, billed alongside your first month. One-on-one sessions with health professionals are available on a pay-as-you-go basis, ranging from $195-$210 per hour, on top of the monthly fee.
The $450 onboarding fee covers your full digital onboarding package - including a baseline wellbeing survey, a wellbeing report for your leadership team, a ready-to-use organisational readiness communication kit, Hub setup and configuration, a dedicated onboarding call, and a leader orientation guide. It's how we make sure your program lands well from day one.
No. There are no lock-in contracts. You can start or pause at any time.
Yes. Discounts are available for organisations operating more than one service. Get in touch or book a Fit Check to discuss what's possible for your group.
Our current clients average around one hour of 1:1 support per ten educators per month. Budget controls are built into the program so you always stay in control of spend.
The easiest way is to book a free 15-minute Fit Check. We'll walk you through the program, answer any questions, and get things moving if it's a good fit. You can also hit Get Started on this page to register your interest.
Once you're signed up, we send your team a baseline wellbeing survey and produce a wellbeing report for your leaders. We then set up your Wellbeing Hub, run a dedicated onboarding call, and provide a communication kit so your team knows exactly what's coming and how to get involved. Most centres are up and running within two weeks.
The Thriving Teams Launch Workshop is an optional add-on available to all WEP centres. It's a high-energy, interactive session - delivered in person or online - that aligns your team, builds practical wellbeing foundations, and creates momentum from day one. Before the session, we survey your team to tailor the content to your greatest needs. In-person sessions are $2,250 (plus travel outside Greater Sydney). Online sessions are $1,450.
Most centres notice early momentum within the first few weeks - improved morale, stronger engagement, and better energy. Measurable improvements in health behaviours, burnout risk, and team culture typically build over the first few months as habits take hold.
Very little. The program is designed to run with minimal admin load on directors and leaders. The Wellbeing Hub is self-serve for educators, and we handle the content, scheduling, and reporting.
Educators and leaders can access psychologists, counsellors, dietitians, exercise physiologists, health coaches, and physiotherapists through the program. One-on-one sessions are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. All practitioners are highly qualified and experienced in their relative fields.
Yes. Tell us what your team is dealing with and we'll build content around it. No generic programs - the WEP adapts to your service's actual needs.
Yes. The WEP includes a psychosocial safety hazard reporting tool that helps services identify and address risks early - before they become formal complaints or WorkSafe issues. This supports compliance with psychosocial safety obligations under Australian WHS legislation.
Every centre receives monthly wellbeing reports covering engagement, progress, and analytics. We can also assist you to track your absenteeism, turnover and workers compensation statistics to track the actual return on investment of the program. In addition, we run the survey every 12 months to assess the impact across your workforce.
