Transform staff wellbeing with a tailored program designed specifically for early childhood educators.
“The wellbeing of our children shouldn’t come at the expense of the wellbeing of our educators, it should be because of it.”
– Phil Wolffe

Stress, burnout, injury risk and poor recovery do not stay contained. They show up as absenteeism, turnover, inconsistent care, and more pressure on leaders.

Burnout
Up to 60% of educators show signs of burnout.

Retention risk
73% intend to leave the sector in the next 3 years.

High stress
74% experience regular work stress.

Work-life balance
61% report poor work-life balance.

Low support uptake
Only 3% will engage with EAP services.

Health behaviours
Many do not meet activity and sleep guidelines.
That’s why we offer three levels of support. Start with foundations, then add tailored guidance or complete care as your centre needs it, or jump straight to comprehensive support. The choice is yours.

“Phil Wolffe understood our need and worked with us to customise the program for our staff… uptake has increased each month since commencing with Kinex Health.
The Wellbeing Hub is easy to navigate and staff find sessions with nutritionists and physios very professional and helpful… Mental Health First Aid training was engaging, meaningful and left staff feeling more prepared and more grateful to be part of a supportive and caring team.”

The Wellbeing Enrichment Program (WEP) is a purpose-built workplace wellbeing system designed specifically for early childhood education and care services. It gives educators and leaders access to a digital wellbeing hub, practical resources, expert support, and - depending on the tier - one-on-one sessions with psychologists, dietitians, exercise physiologists, and physiotherapists.
Traditional EAPs are reactive - they're there when something goes wrong, and typically only 2-5% of staff ever use them. The WEP is proactive. It supports educators before they hit a wall, building the skills, habits, and resilience to prevent burnout rather than respond to it. The Complete Wellbeing tier can replace your EAP entirely.
The WEP is designed specifically for early childhood education and care teams - educators, room leaders, nominated supervisors, directors, and centre operators. The content, language, and focus reflect the real pressures of working in ECEC, not a generic corporate wellness program.
Yes. The WEP supports compliance with the National Quality Standard, particularly Quality Area 4 (Staffing Arrangements) and Quality Area 7 (Governance and Leadership). Participation can be documented as part of your Quality Improvement Plan and staff professional development records.
The Wellbeing Hub is a centralised digital platform included in all tiers. It gives every educator access to a resource library, short courses, self-guided tools, monthly spotlight themes, and weekly wellbeing content - all tailored to the ECEC context and accessible in their own time.
The program starts at AU$120 per month for the Foundational Wellbeing tier. The Enhanced tier is AU$150 per month, and the Complete Wellbeing tier starts at AU$175 per month plus pay-as-you-go for one-on-one sessions. All tiers include the Wellbeing Hub for your whole team.
Foundational gives your whole team access to the Wellbeing Hub, resource library, short courses, and weekly wellbeing content. Enhanced adds customisable content, all courses included at no extra cost, and unlimited text and email access to wellbeing professionals. Complete adds on-demand psychological support, one-on-one sessions with health professionals, psychosocial safety reporting, and monthly impact reports.
No. There are no lock-in contracts. You can start, pause, or upgrade at any time. Discounts are available for multi-centre groups.
Yes. You can upgrade anytime as your centre's needs grow or your budget allows. Many centres start with Foundational and move up once they've seen the program in action.
Yes. Discounts are available for organisations operating more than one service. Get in touch or book a Fit Check to discuss what's possible for your group.
Book a free 15-minute Fit Check. We'll ask about your team size, budget, current pressures, and goals, and recommend the tier that fits best. No obligation, just clarity.
The Thriving Teams Launch Workshop is a recommended add-on for all tiers. It's a high-energy, interactive session - delivered in person or online - that aligns your team, builds practical wellbeing foundations, and creates momentum from day one. Before the session, we survey your team to tailor the content to your greatest needs. In-person sessions are $2,250 (plus travel outside Greater Sydney). Online sessions are $1,450.
Most centres notice early momentum within the first few weeks - improved morale, stronger engagement, and better energy. Measurable improvements in health behaviours, burnout risk, and team culture typically build over the first few months as habits take hold.
Very little. The program is designed to run with minimal admin load on directors and leaders. The Wellbeing Hub is self-serve for educators, and we handle the content, scheduling, and reporting.
Depending on your tier, educators and leaders can access psychologists, dietitians, exercise physiologists, and physiotherapists through the program. All practitioners are qualified and experienced in working with ECEC teams.
Yes. From the Enhanced tier upward, you can tell us what your team is dealing with and we'll build content around it. No generic programs - the WEP adapts to your service's actual needs.
Yes. The Complete Wellbeing tier includes a psychosocial safety hazard reporting tool that helps services identify and address risks early - before they become formal complaints or WorkSafe issues. This supports compliance with psychosocial safety obligations under Australian WHS legislation.
The Complete Wellbeing tier includes monthly wellbeing reports covering engagement, progress, and analytics. All tiers benefit from visible participation data, and we can support you in documenting outcomes for your QIP and leadership reporting.
